Sprint Mechanics 101
•SPRINTING IS A GREAT ANAEROBIC EXERCISE•
This movement pattern should come from a full contraction and coordination of the body in a natural manner, but sprinting has specific dynamics that have to be met to avoid injuries as well.
The arms are the most important and crucial part of a sprint, they have to be kept at 90* degree angle both forward and backward , the faster the sprint the more engaged- they coordinate with your legs in an opposite manner.

The body leans slightly forward and this comes from the speed you gather beginning at the ground not at the hip.

The foot is almost always kept in a dorsiflex position meaning it bends forward at the joint pointing the toes towards the knee, landing as soft and controlled as possible with every step, (Shoes are important) always Keep your core tight as this helps with stability and inhale and exhale with every step ( I will teach basic running breathing this coming week).

Who can sprint: anyone that doesn’t have back injuries, pinched nerves or hip, knee and shoulder joint injuries. 
Please ask your health practitioner before engaging in a high impact anaerobic activity and get clearance from your doctor.

El 25 de Mayo pide locro a gritos... y encima empezó el frío.... así que hoy salió esta súper comida típica para el almuerzo patrio en familia!
En casa lo hacemos más liviano, porque en mi familia algunos comen sin sal, otros sin picante y otros sin cerdo.
Así que mi versión de locro liviano lleva:
800 gr de roast beef
200 gr de panceta ahumada
1 chorizo colorado
500 gr de maíz blanco
250 gr de porotos alubias
1/2 cebolla
1 diente de ajo
1 calabaza grande
Cebolla de verdeo
Aceite de oliva

Preparación:
Primero que nada, la noche anterior dejar el maíz y porotos en remojo en agua...
Y al otro día, para preparar:
1. En una olla con apenas de aceite de oliva, ponemos a sellar la carne, cortada en daditos.
2. Cuando selló la carne, agregamos la cebolla picada finita y el ajo.
3. Cuando transparentó la cebolla, ponemos la calabaza (pelada y cortada en daditos chiquiiitos), el maíz, los porotos y bastante agua. Tapamos la olla.
4. A partir de ahí, dejamos cocinar a olla tapada y abrimos cada 10 minutos para revolver. A medida que revolvemos y se ablanda, vamos presionando la calabaza con el cucharón para que se disuelva: así se va generando la cremosidad típica del locro. Ir agregando agua si es necesario.
5. Después de cocinar una hora, agregamos la panceta y el chorizo colorado. Revolvemos nuevamente y dejamos que cocine 40 minutos más, ir viendo si necesita agua...
6. Finalmente, servimos y decoramos con la parte verde de la cebolla de verdeo picada bien finita... en casa dejamos el ají molido a mano para que cada cual le agregue en su plato.
No les explico lo buenísimo que quedó... Hagan que es súper fácil, rico, patriótico y bueno para el frío!

Crème Dessert Abricot-Vanille 
Ingrédients :
Crème d'abricot :
▪200 g d''abricot.
▪2 c.à soupe de fructose en poudre ▪1/2L d'eau.
▪2 c.a.soupe de maïzena ou d'avoine moulu ▪1/2 citron.
Crème dessert vanille :
▪1 jaune d'oeuf.
▪2 c.à.soupe de maïzena ou d'avoine moulu ▪2 c.à.soupe de fructose en poudre ▪1/2 L de lait à 0% ou végétal pour une version #vegan ▪1 c.à.café exrait de vanille.

Préparation :
Crème d'abricot :
1.Laver, égoutter, sécher et dénoyauter 
les abricots frais.
2.Dans une casserole, porter l'abricots le fructose et le citron à ébullition et baissez le feu.
3.Verser l'eau pour que le mélange soit plus liquide.
4.Ajouter la maïzena dans la casserole.Mélanger énergiquement à l'aide d'un fouet jusqu'à ce que la crème épaississe. Verser la crème dans un récipient et laisser refroidir.
La crème dessert :
1.Mélanger les ingrédients ensemble dans une casserole.
2.Cuire jusqu'à l'ébullition en mélangeant souvent.

Mi reino por las crepas . Estos últimos meses han sido claves para lo que viene siendo mi futuro, claro no es que vaya a suceder tal cuál se planea, porque ha como nos sorprende la VIDA, sin embargo podemos caminar junto a esta planeación para llegar a nuestros objetivos, cuesta tanto espiritual como terrenal pero como se disfruta. Una de esas cosas es seguir descubriendo alimentos más nobles y sublimes para nuestro espíritu. Hice estas crepas porque soy FAN FAN de ellas. Solo usé una taza de avena molida, dos tazas de leche de coco y una pizca de bicarbonato. Para el relleno puse una mermelada de fresa que hice y como topping usé hemp, poppy seeds y coco rallado de Santa Julia a granel y YA. Lo disfruté como nunca y @hellowearesoco  también

I used all frozen fruit and used a lactose free vanilla flavored yogurt! Put it into ur blender with yogurt first, then milk, and then all the fruit and blend until smooth!

This toasted muesli recipe is both super easy and nourishing, even the most basic baker couldn't stuff this one up. It is low in sugar, full of healthy fats and fibre to help keep you feeling fuller for longer and stabilising your blood sugar levels.
WHAT YOU NEED:
3 cups rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almonds (chopped)
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
1/3 True Protein cacao powder
1/3 cup True Protein MCT Oil (coconut oil)
1/3 cup raw maple syrup

METHOD
Pre heat oven to 160 degrees
Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and chopped almonds into a bowl and mix.
In a food processor or over low heat combine the coconut oil, maple syrup and cacao powder until well mixed
Coat the dry ingredients with wet mixture and stir well
Line a baking tray and spread mixture evenly on the tray
Place the muesli mix in the oven, check and stir every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking
Cooking time will vary from 25-40 minutes depending on how crunchy you desire your muesli
Once cooked, add the cranberries and toasted coconut flakes to the mix
Store in an airtight container.

Getting back to eating healthy and exercising. For breakfast, we had a banana, peanut and turmeric porridge. For lunch I had a barbecue celebrating the final day of Year 13. For tea, I made a buttered chicken breast which was so moist! On a pesto cream sauce. This compliments the dish perfectly!

My warm up began with (20 Sit-ups, 5 Tricep Dips, 5 Pull ups)x 5
Then 20 minutes, knee based stretching and exercising.
 Then (250 metres on the rower, 7 x 70kg deadlift) x 4
