No saben lo que es esta torta tipo havanett! 
Ingredientes:
- 100gr de harina de garbanzos - 100gr de harina integral - 4 dátiles (déjalos en remojo durante 2 hs en agua tibia)
- 1 huevo
- Extracto de vainilla - 1 cucharada de miel
- 1 cucharada de aceite de coco

Para el relleno y cobertura vas a necesitar:
- 2 cucharadas de mantequilla de maní @lefitmantequilla - 5 cuadraditos de Chocolate 70% @drcacaochocolates - 2 cucharaditas de aceite de coco

Procesa los dátiles con el resto de los ingredientes hasta formar una masa. Llévala a la heladera por una hora aproximadamente para que sea más fácil de manejar. Pone la masa en un molde para tarta apenas aceitado y llévalo a un horno medio durante 15 minutos, vas a ver que los bordes se empiezan a dorar.

Una vez lista la masa déjala enfriar y ponele la mantequilla de maní. Para derretir el chocolate, llévalo a una olla con el aceite de coco hasta que se derrita y luego colocalo sobre la tarta.

- Hace pire la batata y esperar que se enfríe un poco
- Agregar el resto de los ingredientes
- Coloca la preparación en un molde. Llevalo a un horno a 180 grados por 20 minutos aproximadamente.

Base: 
3/4 paquete galletas María o alguno bajo en azúcar 
1 taza de coco rallado
2 cucharadas de aceite de coco
Capa 2:
1 taza de almendras laminadas y peladas
2 plátanos
2 cucharadas de cacao 100%
Endulzante (20 gotitas)

Paso 1: procesar galletas hasta que estén totalmente molidas y agregar el coco y aceite, llevar a una base con un poco de aceite  de coco, reservar en el  refri.
Paso 2: procesar las almendras  hasta que estén molidas, agregar el caco , endulzante y plátanos hasta que se forme una pasta, esparcir sobre la base y volver a refrigerar (una hora).
Paso 3: sacar del refri y decorar con la fruta que quieras y con chocolate rallado (use al 95%)... está lista para comer ; )

Frozen avo, spirulina, peppermint essence (heavy on this to balance out the grassiness of the spirulina) and rice syrup. This one is PURE FAT of the effing awesome kind with tons of vitamin E. It does exactly what those really expensive age-defying creams that cost a bizillion squid do. Oh sorry, I meant what they SAY THEY DO. Coz there ain’t no way your cream filled with cow fat (true story) can repair my DNA as I sleep. Plus MY one tastes WAY nicer than that cr**. .

INGREDIENTES ▶️
110 gr de plátano 
1 huevo  y 1 clara
5 gramos levadura Royal
70 gramos avena vainilla
80 gramos avena nutchoc 
20 arándanos deshidratados
25 nueces
60 harina de espelta
25 chocolate valor 82% 
- -
️ Datos ️
- Yo quise hacerlas sabor choco y vainilla por eso utilicé ese sabor de avena pero podéis ir variando.
- Lo mismo pasa con los frutos secos, incluso con la fruta. Yo uso el plátano por que aporta dulzor gracias a sus azúcares naturales🤗

PROCEDIMIENTO ▶️
-  Cogemos dos recipientes, en uno batimos el huevo, la clara y el plátano  y en el otro el resto de ingredientes, menos las nueces y los arándanos deshidratados.
- Precalentamos el horno a 180° 
- Una vez tenemos todo batido, vamos echando poco a poco la mezcla de avena y demás ingredientes y vamos dando vueltas y mezclando bien todo para que se forme una masa homogénea 🥄 (Vais a hacer buen trabajo de brazo  jajaja)
- Por último, machacamos las nueces y las añadimos a la masa junto con los arándanos.
- Metemos en el horno durante 20 minutos y LISTO!! ⌛

- Depende de la cantidad que pongáis por galleta y el grosor que le deis os saldrán más esponjosas!

•Menos de una taza de azúcar mascavado integral.
*1 taza de leche vegetal.
*1 taza de copos de avena.
*1 taza de harina avena.
*1 sobre de levadura.

Mezclar los ingredientes secos. Batir las claras a punto de nieve. Triturar los plátanos y mezclar con el aceite de coco y la vainilla, después introducir los secos bien (si tenéis, mejor con batidora eléctrica) y por último introducir las claras suavemente.

These Energy Balls taste Amazing and are so easy to make!! I found a recipe on Pinterest and modified it to work better for me!
1 cup of oats 
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup almond butter (I use crunchy, unsalted) 
1/2 chocolate chips (I used vegan)
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 tbsp chia seeds 
2/3 cup coconut (I used sweetened coconut flakes)
1/2 cup ground flax seeds (I ground mine using my ninja blender)
Mix all ingredients together and place in fridge for 10-15min to harden. Roll into balls and store in a airtight container. I like to keep mine in the fridge!

These Energy Balls taste Amazing and are so easy to make!! I found a recipe on Pinterest and modified it to work better for me! 1 cup of oats 1/3 cup honey 1/2 cup almond butter (I use crunchy, unsalted) 1/2 chocolate chips (I used vegan) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp chia seeds 2/3 cup coconut (I used sweetened coconut flakes) 1/2 cup ground flax seeds (I ground mine using my ninja blender) Mix all ingredients together and place in fridge for 10-15min to harden. Roll into balls and store in a airtight container. I like to keep mine in the fridge! My hubby @patriot_rich doesn't do gluten, so these crêpes are made with #glutenfree sorghum flour which I've come to love! Blackberry Cottage Cheese Crêpes
Makes 10 crêpes

Ingredients:
1 cup @bobsredmill sweet white sorghum flour (or other gluten-free flour)
2 tbsp. tapioca starch 
2 tbsp. @pyuresweet organic stevia blend (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 cup egg whites
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. @earthbalance buttery spread, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
Topping:
2 cups frozen blackberries 
2 tbsp. @pyuresweet organic stevia blend (optional)
Filling:
2 cups low fat cottage cheese

Directions:
1. Whisk together dry ingredients.
2. Add wet ingredients (through vanilla) and whisk until frothy.
3. Heat skillet lightly coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
4. Add 1/4 cup batter to skillet at a time, tilting pan with a circular motion so that the batter spreads out into a thin layer.
5. Cook about 40-60 seconds on the first side, then turn and cook 20-30 seconds on the second side.
6. Repeat steps 4-5 for remaining crêpes.
7. Heat blackberries with sweetener in microwave for 2 minutes. 
8. Fill crêpes with cottage cheese (about 3 tbsp. per crêpe) and spoon warmed berries over top (about 3 tbsp. per crêpe). Enjoy!

It's finally #Friyay! I've made many banana bread recipes in the past, but this is definitely in my top three! This time I experimented with chickpea flour and collagen peptides for protein/added health benefits. The result is a tender crumb bread with rich banana flavor complemented by the buttery, nutty addition of almond butter. I am seriously addicted! The result is a tender crumb bread with rich banana flavor complemented by the buttery, nutty addition of almond butter. I am seriously addicted! 🥞Gluten Free Protein Pancakes🥞
Makes 1 serving

🥞Ingredients:
30g @leanbodyforher Whey Protein Isolate in Vanilla (use code SARAH10 for 10% off www.labrada.com/store)
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1 1/2 tsp. tapioca starch
1 1/2 tsp. @pyuresweet organic stevia blend 
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup egg white 
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
1/8 tsp. butter extract (optional) .
🥞Directions:
1. Whisk together dry ingredients (through baking powder) in a medium bowl.
2. Mix in wet ingredients until just combined.
3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-medium low heat and coat with cooking spray.
4. Drop pancake batter 2 tbsp. at a time to make 6 mini cakes or 1/4 cup at a time to make 3-4 medium cakes.
5. Cook about two minutes per side until golden brown underneath.
6. Add desired toppings and enjoy!  .

Alright y'all... Here's the recipe for the Almond Butter Brownie for two (or one if you're super hungry)! I was totally satisfied with half though. This brownie is higher in fat than most of my recipes but it tastes amazing and has an incredible fudgey texture I just had to share You definitely won't regret making this one!

Almond Butter Protein Brownie
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
45g @metabolicnutrition Protizyme Chocolate Cake
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp. @pyuresweet organic stevia blend (or sweetener of choice)
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 cup creamy almond butter 
1/4 cup egg white
2 tbsp. @vitafiber syrup (or agave, maple syrup, honey, sugar free pancake syrup)
2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine ingredients to make a thick batter.
3. Pour batter into a lightly greased 4 ramekin or Pyrex bowl and bake for 20-25 minutes.
4. Brownie is done when a toothpick or knife inserted comes out a little dirty. 
5. Top with @arcticzero, melted peanut butter, caramel, chocolate... whatever your heart desires!️

Today I wanted something sweet and decadent... but didn't feel like putting together a complicated recipe. Then I remembered @proteincakery baking mixes! I used Andréa's vanilla bean protein cake mix to whip up these cupcakes and frosting in less than half an hour - including baking time! Just mix, divide between cupcake liners and bake for 20 minutes! While the cupcakes were cooking, I made my sugar free buttercream frosting (with a blueberry twist). So good!

Cupcakes:
1 bag @proteincakery Vanilla Bean Protein Cake Mix
1 cup liquid egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 
3 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Frosting:
2 cups @swervesweetie confectioner's erythritol
6 tbsp. tapioca starch (or corn starch) 
1/4 cup blueberry juice (or milk)
1/4 cup @smartbalance buttery spread (or butter or coconut oil)

. Banana Peanut Butter Chip Protein Pancakes🥜
Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:
40g @leanbodyforher Peanut Protein (use code SARAH10 for 10% off Labrada.com)
2 tbsp. coconut flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup (5 large) egg whites
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 medium ripe banana, mashed
1 tbsp. mini chocolate chips

🥞Directions:
1. Whisk together dry ingredients (through baking powder) in a medium bowl.
2. Mash banana then add to dry ingredients along with egg whites and vanilla.
3. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-medium low heat and drop pancake batter 2 tbsp. at a time to make 6 mini cakes or 1/4 cup at a time to make 3-4 medium cakes.
5. Cook about two minutes per side until golden brown underneath.
6. Add desired toppings and enjoy! I added more banana, chocolate chips, melted peanut butter and honey .
